On 26th July, TIAS held the Signing Ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding for Collaboration between the University of Tsukuba and AISTS, and the International Sports Academy Symposium with Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (co-host).
At the 1st part, the president of University of Tsukuba and the AISTS President signed to Memorandum of Understanding. After that, Prof. Sanada, the chairman of TIAS announced the outline of TIAS and the photo session for media was held.
At the 2nd part, Prof. Ian Henry (Loughborough University, UK) gave a keynote speech about the legacy of London Olympic Games. At latter half, 4 panelists gave various opinions about how to manage international sport academy and developing international leaders in sport world.
Fortunately total 181 participants attended the event. From now on, including the short programme which will be held from 28th September to 11th October, TIAS will host various seminars. We appreciate your continuous support!
