3rd batch students visited Kashima Jingu Shrine and Katori Jingu Shrine

TIAS 2.0 3rd batch students and volunteer students had a short one day trip to Kashima Jingu Shrine and Katori Jingu Shrine. *This tour is part of the Intensive Course of “Budo (martial arts)”.

At Kashima Jingu, they observed a kobudo dedication performance, and at Katori Jingu, they visited historical martial arts sites, including the grave of “Iizasa Choisai,” a swordsman with a long history in this area.
Moreover, they got an interview by NHK Mito.

They learned about Japanese culture and tradition through the trip.
