Dec 16th and 17th 2023 REPORT on the TIAS2.0 (TAIIKU – IDS) STUDY TOUR– Iitate-mura (village), Fukushima （福島県飯舘村）under a JSC-SFT Project Theme for 2023 FY: ‘Contribution of Sport to Sustainable Development and Peace’

::: What was the key learning? STUDENTS SAY IT ALL – believe it created an opportunity for the students for themselves: ‘seeing is believing’, ‘to go places is to know’, ‘reflections on the disaster from the perspective of the people that have suffered’, ‘what is sport for the people who are there, including senior citizens’, and, the re-looking at the ‘role & true value of sport’.
